Yes. The wrap adheres to solid, finished, and smooth surfaces such as various plastics, polished or brushed metals, and finished woods. It won't bond well to fabrics, soft tops, textured vinyl, or porous surfaces. Manufacturers use it on boats, firetrucks, helicopters, and aircraft.

Optimal performance occurs between 50–90°F (10–32°C) for both the roll and the surface. Do not apply in freezing temperatures. The product withstands extreme conditions once properly applied.

This occurs rarely when applied or removed outside optimal temperatures. Try car washes or dish soap with warm water. If needed, use 3M's Advanced Auto Adhesive Remover or Motsenbocker's products (around $7) available at most hardware stores.

True in certain cases. Hawaii typically prohibits the wrap due to biosecurity concerns. Some carriers worry wrapping could conceal defects. Contact your carrier beforehand and provide detailed pre-wrap photos.

This depends on your vehicle. It is safe for real glass headlights without protective coatings. Modern headlights with manufacturer proprietary films may not be compatible. Contact us if you are unsure about your vehicle's lens material.
