We do not collect or store your credit or debit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., which operates under its own privacy policy. TransportWrap never sees or stores your full card number.
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
Our site uses Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Cloudflare may collect standard web traffic data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We use this data only in aggregate to understand site performance — not to identify individual visitors.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your order
- To create a shipping label and arrange carrier pickup via EasyPost
- To send you an order confirmation and tracking information via email
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- To comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services
We share order data with the following services solely to fulfill your order:
- Stripe — payment processing
- EasyPost — shipping label generation and carrier selection (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations)
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for the data it processes on our behalf.
Data Retention
We retain order records (name, address, product, amount) for a minimum of five years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us — we will honor deletion requests to the extent permitted by law.
Cookies
Our site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies for performance and security purposes as part of its CDN and DDoS protection services. These are functional cookies and do not track you across other sites.
