These Terms of Service govern your use of transportwrap.com and any purchase you make from TransportWrap ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Robert Goldie, New Mexico, USA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract site content without written permission
• Reproduce or resell our content without authorization

2. Products

TransportWrap sells temporary vehicle exterior protection wrap products. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Important: TransportWrap products are intended for use on cured, factory-finished surfaces. Do not apply to surfaces with ceramic coatings, nano-coatings, or fresh paint (less than 30–90 days old). Use on incompatible surfaces is at the buyer's own risk. See our FAQ for detailed surface compatibility guidance.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including product cost and shipping.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card information. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability — we reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices and shipping rates shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing, if offered, applies only to orders placed during the promotion period.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on destination and carrier. Available carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM MST Monday–Friday typically ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details. The key points:

• Unopened, unused product may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus return shipping)
• Opened product is not eligible for return
• Defective product will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 14 days of receipt

6. Limitation of Liability

TransportWrap products are intended for temporary vehicle protection during transport when applied correctly to compatible surfaces. We are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from application to incompatible surfaces (ceramic coatings, uncured paint, soft tops, etc.)
• Damage resulting from improper application or removal
• Incidental or consequential damages beyond the purchase price of the product
• Carrier refusal to allow wrapped vehicles (check with your carrier before purchase)

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, images, product names, and the TRANSPORTWRAP™ trademark — is owned by or licensed to TransportWrap. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
